Jon has founded five companies and holds property investments in Puerto Rico, Los Angeles, and Savannah. While his primary background is in business with a focus on communications, his professional career has spanned near east archaeology, award-winning photojournalism, media training in conflict zones, marketing and PR for fortune 100 companies, and developing digital campaigns for social impact. Jon and his wife, Victoria, spent several years running media companies from a sailboat before fining their home in Puerto Rico.

Victoria Fine is the Founder and CEO of Finally, a growth-hacking company that focuses on increasing customer bases and digital reach. She is an industry-leading audience growth strategist. Her clients include Fortune 500 companies, leading nonprofits and innovative startups. Professionally, she uses her deep knowledge of digital algorithms — like those of Google, Facebook and Airbnb and other digitally driven networks, to shape innovative marketing campaigns and grow broad awareness and customer bases for new audiences. Personally,  she uses her skills to maintain a top-rated super host status on Airbnb and to coach others to do the same. 

Jesse has invested in real estate since 2010, buying property in the Southeast US and now Puerto Rico. For the past 10 years he has served as an active duty Coast Guard Officer, where he met his wife Frankie. During this time he excelled in search and rescue coordination, project management, environmental management, and emergency planning. His current assignment focuses on aligning public, private and governmental partnerships to enhance the resiliency of Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. Jesse plans to separate from the Coast Guard in the summer of 2021 to help scale Vida Hermosa.

Frankie graduated from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy with a B.S. in Government in 2010 and received a commission as a Coast Guard officer; she currently serves as the Coast Guard liaison to the Joint Advertising, Market Research & Studies program in Washington, DC and manages a Joint Service recruiting database and the Direct Marketing program. Her previous Coast Guard roles include Waterways Management in the Pacific Northwest and Deck Watch Officer on Coast Guard Cutter Cypress, a Gulf Coast buoy tender. She will be separating from Active Duty in July 2018 to manage Vida Hermoso operations fulltime.
